Rude and unprofessional
I discovered that I had very weak AC coming from my 2012 Civic late last summer. I topped it up with those refill cans and as spring hit in 2026, it was the same thing all over again!
I reached out to T&L to inquire about getting it checked. Caroline laid it all out for me and even offered to squeeze me in if it was an emergency. While spring is just starting, it certainly wasn't an emergency so we booked an appointment for a few days later.
The appointment process was smooth. Dropped the car off and was explained the process of how it was going to be tested and the expected minimum cost and possible max cost if the system passes and needs to be simply recharged.
As the tests were being done, I was advised how it was proceeding and what was happening next.
Honestly, I was very pleased with the service, speed and cost of everything! Strongly recommend and might be bringing my Civic for my regular maintenance from now on!
