I’ve honestly never seen such a ridiculous business practice before.
I was told that both shock absorbers would be replaced, but it turned out they only replaced one. Luckily, I checked the car myself after getting home, otherwise I probably would have never noticed.
When I went back, they admitted it pretty quickly and agreed to refund the cost of the missing part, but refused to refund the labor charge.
Feels like their whole strategy is just hoping customers won’t notice.
