I’ve been going to Loftus for years for my oil changes. This past oil change a few months ago was like the others until…. I went to get an inspection a few weeks later to find out they didn’t put my skid plate back on after the oil change. When I called to question, the response was “yeah they are made cheap and break easily”. I will now be finding somewhere else to go….
