These guys are the guys to go to. If you need transmission work done, they know what they're doing, and they are honest and tell you exactly what you need. I highly recommend them. They have always been good whenever I've needed any work done on any of my vehicles.

I booked a full day inspection and even took a day off work. I dropped the car the night before and had to take several taxis during the day.
When I came back at the end of the day, nothing had been done.
If the inspection is free, that does not mean customers’ time should be treated this way. I would honestly prefer to be charged and receive professional service and respect for my time.
This was very disappointing and unprofessional.

I booked a transmission oil change appointment and waited nearly a month for it. My appointment was scheduled close to June 22, but on June 17 I was informed that the service could no longer be done and that my appointment was cancelled.

When I asked to reschedule, I was told the next available appointment would be in about three months. This was extremely frustrating after already waiting so long. I planned my vehicle maintenance around this appointment, and my car has continued running on old transmission oil while I was expecting it to be serviced.

The lack of notice and the long delay for rescheduling wasted a significant amount of my time. I am very disappointed with the customer service and the way this situation was handled.
