I ordered online. They unfortunately use the worse rated courier service, Loomis. Loomis services only cities and I don't live in a city. I informed them immediately of the problem with Loomis and I still had to wait 2 weeks for a refund. Really disappointed because I thought that I had finally found a real Canadian business that I could order from. All because of the courier service they use.

Update - they went above and beyond to make things right and get the part to me.

Very disappointed with Action Car and Truck Accessories in Moncton.

I purchased alloy wheels and TPMS sensors from them. On the day of installation, the sensors were not working. When I brought it up, the salesperson told me in a rude attitude that whether the sensors worked or not, I would still be charged for them.

I was promised a callback on Monday but never received one. After repeatedly calling, I was told to bring the vehicle back. They kept it for over an hour and then told me to drive for 15–20 minutes and the issue would fix itself. It didn’t.

I then paid Chrysler to diagnose the problem, and they found that no TPMS sensors were being detected at all. Since then, I’ve called more than 15 times and keep hearing, “We’ll call you back,” but nobody ever does.

This isn’t my first bad experience with this location. I had similar issues with aftermarket headlights on a previous vehicle and had to return multiple times before giving up and having them removed.

Poor communication, poor follow-up, and unresolved problems. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning.
