My ford econoline wouldn’t start at my work. Dan showed up and went above and beyond. Worked past his initial hour to diagnose electrical problem. He didn’t want to leave until he resolved the issue and didn’t want to charge me either.
Bad ECM ground found and repaired. I will definitely use him again. Nice work.
Called and got an AI voice , eventually talked to a person who was difficult to understand because of the accent . Never heard from them again even though they said they would take care of it .The job took 10 minutes to do when I finally found someone and I live literally minutes from the mechanics home that would have served me . Epic failure . Steep prices for such shoddy service. Do yourself a favor and find and independent local mechanic , you will do much better. This would have been easy money on the way to start their day or end their day , right by their home. 10 minutes is all it took.
