I was very fortunate to find David and his team. They are not only incredibly honest, but they genuinely go above and beyond for their customers. It was my first visit to their shop, and after diagnosing my vehicle, David explained that the engine needed to be replaced. He also pointed out that the issue might be covered under an older Kia recall. Instead of simply recommending the repair, he provided all the paperwork and information I needed to take to the dealership and even coached me on what to expect if they pushed back. As it turned out, they did push back, but thanks to David's advice, I was prepared. The dealership ultimately approved the claim and is now replacing my engine at no cost. On top of that, David was completely transparent throughout the process. The diagnosis took less time than originally anticipated, and he adjusted the bill accordingly rather than charging the full amount quoted.It's rare to find this level of honesty, professionalism, and customer care. I'll definitely be returning and will be recommending David and his team to my friends and family.
