good service with tom , reasonable prices and they are no trying to overcharge for other things ,happy new customer .
I called ahead to see what they charge for an oil change. I gave the woman my make, model, year of vehicle and mileage and asked her for a quote. She tells me $90.00. I drive out of my way to get there and pull up and told her I had called ahead which she remembered and she looks at me and said "oh it was going to be $140". I repeated what she told me on the phone and she starts telling me about the oil it needed but left this out over the phone. With the price of gas and my wasted time getting there I want to be clear that this place is a dishonest business and the woman shouldn't be giving out false information as a lure tactic. Beware of this place
Great service, Tom was very helpful. Highly recommend this place!

One of the worst experiences I've had. I always do my oil changes myself; it's better quality and cheaper, and I've done it dozens of times over the years. However, with their grand-opening half-off discount, I chose to have someone else do it to save some effort. At the initial appointment, everything seemed fine. They suggested some things that I felt weren't needed; this included the engine and cabin air filters, which had been replaced just a few months prior. They suggested some accurate things, like low tread on the tires and ball joints being worn. Between this, though, they told me I needed spark plugs. I thought it was a bit odd that they would've opened my engine like that without asking, but I went and changed them myself afterwards anyway, as they're easy enough to do. But, to my surprise, I pulled out the spark plugs that they'd suggested needed to be replaced and found that they were already aftermarket (hence had already been replaced) and were in perfectly fine shape. Fast forward a few months later, and I've hit my 5k km oil change interval. I had gone back to doing it myself and found that when I got to the drain plug: 1. there was no crush washer, 2. the bolt had some sort of plastic stuck in the threads, and 3. once the plastic thing fell out that the bolt was entirely stripped, free-spinning in both directions. So then I brought it back to them; they looked at it and told me that they stand behind it, but only if I can prove that the previous oil changes were done properly. The service advisor then asked if I had taken pictures of myself doing the oil change properly in the past. I asked who would ever take pictures of themselves doing oil changes. They then informed me that I should never have tried doing it myself and should have just brought it back in to them. After extended back-and-forth, they continuously refused responsibility, further claiming things like, "How do we know someone else didn't change your oil since the last time you were here?" (it's only been 5600km since then, so it's unreasonable IMO to assume I would've had one in between then) and then when I told them that I had called them before doing my oil change to ask about the plastic material on the drain plug, the customer service representative had assured me that it was simply a thin coat (it wasn't) of sealant they use for warranty claims and that I'd be fine to go ahead and do it. Then, the service representative suggested that "Well, if we had messed up the bolt last time, why wouldn't we have told you? If we'd messed up, we would've been able to charge you to fix it, which is exactly what we'd want to do." This suggests that, had they messed up themselves, they would've still charged me to fix their mistake? When I told them most shops would fix a mistake on their dime and not upcharge the client for something like that, I was told: "Well, I can't speak for how other shops operate." I was then told that unless I had recorded this initial call, they wouldn't be able to take it seriously either. They then offered to refund me the cost of the original oil change, a measly 80$. I have now taken it to two independent mechanics who have both provided corroborating statements that it was damaged due to over-tightening upon installation, saddling me with a 1500$ repair bill.
