On December 23rd, our furnace stopped running. It was our worst nightmare given that Christmas was two days away and we had plans to host a large family gathering. When I called Infiniti Air Conditioning & Heating, the gentleman on the phone was able to get a diagnostitian to our house quickly. After much examination and testing, it was clear that our 18 year old funace was on its last legs. We made the decision to replace the furnace. The next day, Christmas Eve, two servicemen worked tirelessly to replace the furnace! They were hard working, polite, considerate, friendly and efficient. The service level from start to finish with this company was extraordinary. We would not hesitate to call Infinity Air Conditioning and Heating for any future needs, and to recommend this company to friends and family.
