“On December 23rd, our furnace stopped running. It was our worst nightmare given that Christmas was two days away and we had plans to host a large family gathering. When I called Infiniti Air Conditioning & Heating, the gentleman on the phone was able to get a diagnostitian to our house quickly. After much examination and testing, it was clear that our 18 year old funace was on its last legs. We made the decision to replace the furnace.
