Mittler Motors

I had a very bad experience today at Mittler Motors. I was quoted total price of $175 plus tax for oil change when I booked the appointment about 10 days ago. But I was charged about $20 more after the job is done. When I booked the appointment, I was told the price already went up, but after they finished the job, the price went up again. So price went up twice within two weeks time. I don’t see it as a good business practice and customer service to force the customer to pay the higher price than first quoted, after the job is already done. As an old customer, who spent $3.5k on the first job there, I don’t think I will be going back there anymore.
