Guys, people call you to solve their problems, sometimes they are in real troubles and have no time for anything else. And customers definitely have a right to NOT provide their phone numbers as an ultimate condition to be served. We think you misuse: are not here to serve you, to help you create your database, etc. Probably, you have too many customers at the moment to treat all of them in a right way. But this will pass.
