Great service and friendly staff

DO NOT GO HERE. Absolute WORST customer service. Went there for an oil change on Friday March 27th, my filter was done incorrectly, oil pouring out of it. I tried to go back to them the next day March 28th and they were closed. So I had no choice but to go to another shop to get it looked at. I ended up having to pay for another oil change and spend more money for the damages from the oil leaking all over my engine. I contacted Mufflerman when they opened back up on March 30th to let them know what happened and stated I would like a refund. The response I got today was that the were not going to be paying me back for the poor job that was done and that I should’ve got a rental and left my car in Niagara for them to take a look at it although I live in Toronto and was only there for the weekend. No accountability after sending video and picture proof of the poor job. Along with the invoice from the other mechanic stating that the leak was coming from the oil filter, that I just had changed the day prior from Mufflerman.

I was in Niagara Falls visiting from Vancouver Island. My sisters car showed a trouble light and we stopped at Mufflerman. The staff there were amazing! They figured out the problem, which was just a moisture sensor. They reset the code and we were off and running again. It's nice to know there are still wonderful people in the world. Thank you, so much for helping us out and being so kind.

Brought my 2018 Audi RS3 in for an alignment and Roger and the team took great care of it. You can tell these guys actually know what they’re doing. Roger is a great guy, the techs are knowledgeable, and the whole experience was smooth. Highly recommend Muffler Man in Niagara Falls.
