Always great service and price!

We took our vehicle in here for a diagnostic. They were very flexible with available service appointments. However it took two weeks for a diagnostic, a tool needed to be ordered to complete the diagnosis. While I appreciate the thoroughness at no point were we told that the service charge would be increasing from the starting point. We also needed to directly reach out for updates, otherwise they were not provided. I understand why it would increase and appreciate the technicians time and as I mentioned the thoroughness. However an almost $600 bill to be told what was wrong with the vehicle was not expected or discussed prior to being told it was done. When asked for the report of what was done and what specifically was wrong with the vehicle the employee appeared hesitant. We were offered a lesser amount if paying cash. After discussing this issue with the employee/manager we paid a slightly discounted rate. When the car was picked up the undersheild was removed and thrown in the backseat across our son’s car seat. No reasoning given.

I was recommended this place by our mechanic for our gas vehicle because the car in mention here is electric, not many places are equipped to handle them. Even our mechanic is in shock with this situation.
Diligence is there but service and communication are lacking.

Also, yes the car was not brought in under my name, it was brought in under my sisters name, so to clarify no there will not be a report under my name as I’ve seen other reviews here be answered with “there wasn’t a car here under your name”

We are traveling, and we had a little bump and needed them for last-minute services. Not only were they incredibly accommodating, but they were very honest and sweet. This could’ve been a situation where we were really taken advantage of. We are very thankful that we found them.
