Today was the final straw with this mechanic shop! I went in for an emergency brake issue and was told I can’t fit you in till may 23 as we are fully booked, no mechanic shop should be fully booked anyday as there will be emergency situations that will come up. I thought Sal was my friend and I would text him anytime I had issues with my suv or questions now all of a sudden Sal is like no more txt, you speak to Paul and Paul only for appointments and questions i don’t want to see txt from you or anyone about anything. No more payment plans. The vibe today was totally different than what I was used to from Sal and Frankie.

They have been fired and I will find a new mechanic who will treat me with respect.

This mechanic shop is now all about the money! No more friendship no more talking just straight up disrespect and sorry we can’t get to you for weeks on end!!

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT WEEKS FOR THINGS TO BE DONE!!!!

I thought this was the best mechanic shop for 3 years now it is all about money money money!!!

My minivan broke down leaving us stuck with three kids, all the running around and only one vehicle to do it. Sal and his guys were able to get us back on track quickly after we left the the van there to get squeezed im when they had time. Fantastic service and great friends!

Platinum Automotive is the only place I will take my vehicles. Honest, hardworking, and always do a great job. Sal, Frank and all the guys there are always amazing. They’re always accommodating for me and do their best to get me an appointment that works with my chaotic life.

Fantastic Service!! Brought my vehicle in as it was making an unusual sound. They found the issue right away and took care of it the same day! It was fast and it was great that I didn't have to take a day off work! Thanks to Sal, Frank and staff :)
