Really appreciate their flexibility and quality of work.
Great guys. Helped me out when I was in a pinch.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Denis and his team last week while visiting Niagara with my family. We started hearing an unusual noise coming from the car, and McLeod’s was the nearest shop with the strongest reviews, so I gave them a call.
As soon as Denis heard about my situation, he asked me to bring the car in right away. Even without an appointment, Dan made time for me immediately, understanding that we were traveling and needed help.
That level of care, respect, and genuine concern for customers is rare to find these days. It was refreshing to experience a business that clearly values helping people, not just making money. Denis and his team went above and beyond, and I’m truly grateful for their professionalism and kindness.
Thoroughly pleased with the experience at Mcleod' Auto Service. The Gentleman were professional, knowledgeable and the price more than fair. Thank you so much for fixing my crv.
