I had my vehicle repaired here after an accident. Chris, John and their team did a great job.

These past few weeks I had to coordinate a lot with insurance and rental companies, and it was a stressful time, but every time I contacted the shop they were polite, patient, and helpful.

When I picked up my car today, not only was the repair done beautifully, and they even cleaned both the exterior and interior of my car. Really appreciated their extra effort. Also, they even helped me install my winter tires, which I really appreciated.

Thank you to everyone at the shop. Your professionalism and kindness made this experience much easier. I will definitely return for future service.

I had a great experience with Assured Automotive. The staff were respectful, professional, and timely throughout the entire process. They truly made a stressful situation much easier to manage, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

When i got the car back my wheel sensor was not working one side, the side that was repaired , I was sent to a mechanic they recommended, that they paid for . They told me I needed new sensors all around.So I declined to have them replaced ,even though the battery was low . I took it on myself to replace the batteries , and yet that one sensor was not responding . I bought a tire sensor program and reader and said that all sensors woken up and working. I looked into it , I removed the inner liner wheel well cover , under the fender and loan and behold ,they did not plug in my initiator that reads of the sensor. I was going crazy why my tire light kept flashing and my tire traction was not working. You would think a body shop would make sure everything is done proper instead of making extra money from you ,and I was going to be charged 500 dollars to replace sensors and still would end up costing more , since that was not the problem.

I'm not very impressed with this shop, its been three months and already paint bubbling,I was hesitant about them putting bondo on my quarter panel, but they assured me , it's going to be good.,went to talk to owner, . I guess this is how they are taking every job and fixing it the cheap way. I would not trust this body shop, so much for lifetime waranty !!! I GUESS MOST BODY SHOPS ARE LIKE THIS NOWADAYS ,BE REALLY CAREFUL DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THEM!

My experience at Assured was incredible from start to finish. The guys were friendly, professional, and not to mention easy on the eyes. John was helpful and prompt, and kept me in the loop during the whole repair. Upon pickup of the vehicle, Chris walked me around my car and made sure I was happy with the quality of work. He was very thorough, and definitely went the extra mile by having the car fully detailed. All in all, I'd go back in a heartbeat just based on the ease of the whole experience. Highly recommended!
