Scammers. Will scam you if you are not mechanically inclined. Charging me 2500$ on brake line and they told me that stuff “might” break and they are charging me for it. I always work on my own car but got a concussion recently so decided to take it to them. But very disappointed.
Very disappointing experience. I took my car in for a wheel alignment, but instead of doing the alignment, they performed an inspection and charged me $80 without informing me beforehand that there would be an inspection fee if alignment could not be completed.
This was my first time visiting, and I expected all possible charges to be explained before any work was done. Customers should be informed and given the option before being charged unexpected fees.
The front desk interaction was also not very welcoming or helpful.
I would not recommend this shop unless you clearly ask about every possible charge upfront before leaving your vehicle.
