While passing through North Bay on a road trip from Edmonton to Ottawa, my vehicle started making a concerning clunking noise. Worried that it wouldn’t make the remainder of the trip safely, I called numerous automotive shops looking for emergency assistance. Most were unable to help on short notice, but Trout Lake Auto went above and beyond.

Not only did they fit my vehicle into their schedule the very same day, but they also performed a thorough inspection and took the time to ensure the vehicle was safe to continue the journey. What truly amazed me was that after all of their time and effort, they refused to accept any payment…even after I insisted.
