DO NOT Bring your vehicle to them. Very disappointing experience. I called to ask for a simple quote and was met with a rude, unprofessional attitude. The person refused to even discuss options and spoke in a condescending manner when I explained the vehicle couldn’t be driven in. Extremely poor customer service.

We were in a bind trying to get something done with a tight turnaround, and Kevin wasn’t able to help, but put us in contact with a place who could - he advocated for us and we are so grateful!

I have received a call back from Kevin (owner) regarding the attitude I got from the oldest employee regarding the use of customer provided parts. Kevin reassured me he will honor my request for OEM Toyota parts, without charging more than I would pay if I bought them myself. He explained that he would then be able to warranty them in the event of premature failure.
I've been there about 5 times and was satisfied with the service compared to the service shops here in Sturgeon.

I am incredibly thankful for the patience, kindness and understanding at R & S. I truly can't express my gratitude or appreciation enough. After an incredibly exhausting and relentless bout of car issues, during an incredibly difficult and vulnerable time, they were able to pull through and get my vehicle safe and on the road again.

I rely heavily on my vehicle in order to work, provide for my family and safely transport my children to and from school, I truly would have been in a very bad place without a safe and reliable vehicle.

I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for service over the past six years, and every experience has been excellent. The staff have always treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. Even on those early mornings when I’m dropping off my car and still waking up, the service advisors are always welcoming, friendly, and kind. Their consistent level of customer service is one of the reasons I continue to trust them with my vehicles.
