I am very pleased with the service at Under The Hood. They did excellent work when my car broke down in North Bay. They were fast, accommodating and pleasant. This year they did some warranty work with the same efficiency and commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this shop!

Horrible Service. Do not trust this shop with your vehicle. I took my Audi A4 to Under The Hood in North Bay today for a standard, straightforward winter tire change. What should have been a quick and simple routine job turned into a nightmare.All four of my expensive Audi rims were returned to me with severe scratches running completely around the outer edges. The damage is identical on every single wheel, clearly caused by their tire changing equipment or careless operation.When I confronted the garage owners, they completely lacked professionalism and flatly declined to take responsibility. They expect me to believe that identical, freshly made structural scratches magically appeared on all four wheels at the exact same time by coincidence.Their handling of this situation was dismissive, dishonest, and completely unacceptable. If you care about your vehicle and expect basic accountability, avoid this establishment. I will never return and strongly recommend going elsewhere

Excellent friendly, truly honest mechanics. No backdoor hidden secrets you learn once you're home. Best prices for the area by far. Staff is friendly, vibrant and professional especially the front desk secretary on staff🕊💯💐🏡🥰
