Both my partner and I had our winter tires changed over to our summer tires and we both had oil changes done at Northern Saftey and Lube and the service is second to none from Kristin and her staff.The checked on some problems that my partner told her about and came up with some prices to do the repairs at a latter date.All in all very impressed with this shop and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to get work done.Keep an eye out for Sugar she will put a smile on your face.

I had booked an apt to get my motorcycle safetied on 15th. I stopped by to actually see their location and meet Christen on 7th. I enquired if they possibly had a cancelation and could I get in today? AND they got me in and out quickly.

I went there because they were recommended...and also because they were able to get me in for an oil change in under a week.
I was quoted $120 for the oil change.
When I got there I was greeted and handed over my keys and confirmed I was there JUST for an oil change. Everyone there is nice and kind and polite. However when I went to pay, I was informed that they changed a marker bulb. She said "he wanted to charge you $50 for changing it, I said no that was too much, we will charge $25"
I actually thought she was joking as no one even mentioned the bulb needed changing nor did they get my approval to change it.
Sure enough the bill was now $165.26.
The receipt shows License Bulb $2.25 and the fee to change it as $25.00.
They really should have talked to me before changing it.
