Very disappointing experience. I purchased a part from this shop, and within just 5 days it turned out to be defective. While they agreed to replace the part, they refused to cover any labor costs for the installation each time it needs to be replaced. This means the customer keeps paying out of pocket for a problem caused by a FAULTY product, which is simply not fair.
Meh service overall, got sent to the sketchy back area to wait for my parts while people were laughing and joking while I was standing there.
Then I was told to “take a seat” to wait for two spark plugs. Get the same plugs at my usual store for atleast $3 less each.
Went in a pinch, but would not reccomend.
Very helpful employee.. but didn't have what I needed.
