The air conditioning in my 2019 Mercedes C300 stopped working at the end of the summer last year so I knew I needed to have it looked at before the hot weather arrives. I didn't want to take it to the dealer and get charged an arm and a leg so I did a quick search and found Autotronics. Local shop, lots of great reviews and AC specialists. The owners, Nick and Ryan, were great to deal with and were able to identify and fix the issue same day for a reasonable cost. Glad I found them. Good, honest shop. Would definitely go back. I had been dealing with an AC issue for over two years, especially during long, hot and humid commutes. Before finding Autotronics, I went to other auto shops, but they couldn’t diagnose the problem and even suggested using an AC sealer, which can damage the system.
Nick and Ryan quickly found exactly what was wrong with my car’s AC. Now it feels like I’m driving a completely different car—the AC is perfectly cold! What a lifesaver.
