Finding a mechanic you can trust isn’t easy, but Oakville Auto Centre really stands out. From day one, they’ve been straightforward, transparent, and genuinely helpful, no surprises and no unnecessary work.

I’ve brought in my Jetta and Tiguan multiple times, and every experience has been smooth. The work is done quick, the pricing is very reasonable, and they always take the time to walk you through everything in a way that actually makes sense.

It’s rare to find a shop that is honest like this. If you want quality service without the typical runaround, this is the place to go.

I’ve been going to Oakville Auto Centre for years, and I can confidently say they are the most honest and reliable shop I’ve ever dealt with. Their pricing is always fair, and you never feel like you’re being upsold or taken advantage of.

They’ve serviced multiple vehicles for me, including my M3 and my Mercedes C400, and the quality of work has consistently been top-notch. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but these guys have earned that trust over time.

If you’re looking for a place that combines expertise, honesty, and great value, I highly recommend Oakville Auto Centre.

In order to get the safety standard certificate, I need to change the driver's side outer tie rod on my Jeep yesterday. The cost was around $400+tax. Today I went to switch my tires to the summer tires at a Jeep dealership and they noticed that the outer tie rod has been recently replaced and there is an issue with the inner tie rod which requires it to be replaced as well. I don't understand why the issue was not pointed out yesterday during the check at OAC especially since the inner and outer tie rods are connected. It could be addressed at the same time yesterday and I would save the cost of wheel alignment. Needless to say, I am disappointed.

Update: A staff from OAC talked to me today and explained that in their opinion, there is no safety concerns related to the inner tie rod. They have also provided pictures of the outer tie rod to the MTO to justify the need for the replacement of the outer tie rod. Unfortunately, the work on the inner tie rod has been executed, including additional wheel alignment which was just done yesterday after the installation of the outer tie rod.
