I had a fantastic experience with Spotless Auto Detailing. I found them through Google while looking for detailing services nearby and called on a Saturday morning. Vivian was friendly, helpful, and went out of her way to see whether they could fit me in that same day, even though it was a shorter business day.
When I arrived, Emil took the time to walk through the car with me, listen carefully to what I was looking for, and assess its condition. I especially appreciated his honesty - he did not try to upsell me on services I did not need. Instead, he recommended the Bronze package as the best fit for my vehicle and clearly explained what they would address, what to expect, and why proper detailing takes time, especially when carpets and upholstery need to dry properly.
Emil was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in doing things properly rather than rushing the work. I was pleasantly surprised when the car was ready earlier than expected, and I was extremely happy with the results. The interior, especially the leather seats, looked dramatically better - areas that had started to look worn and tired genuinely looked refreshed and almost new again.
