Sil's Auto Care Centre

Guys, I know that everyone can have a bad day however I would like to tell you about May 22 visit to Sil's.  A week or so prior I called Sue to book an oil change and she confirmed a booking for May 22 at 09:00 (today) "booking included a loaner vehicle".  My wife and I woke up extra early to get her to work so I could return in time for my appointment at Sil's 09:00.  When I arrived with the Jimmy at 08;50,  I was informed by your new service advisor Will that they did not have a booking for me and did not have a loaner car either.  I asked how long if I waited?  His response was a blase "several hours" and the courtesy vehicle ride was not offered.  Now, I have a cane (and sometimes a walker) and clearly disabled however I had the distinct impression that this new service advisor left me with only one option if I wanted an oil change and that was to walk home.

I said the hell with it and I am going to Mr. Lube (which I did)
This is not the first time my booking has been lost however it is the first time lost when I booked with a real person

A very big disappointment and a (loyal customer of 16 years) 72 year old man with recent open heart surgery and high blood pressure does not need that aggravation

Normally they go out of their way to perform superior service, not this time

Once again our experience with Sil's was great! They are definitely a caring company. My vehicle has been in great repair since going to them. I know when they say she's good to go, she really is! No surprises and I love that they give you a breakdown of what needs to be done now and what can wait. They explain everything, make great recommendations and no questions go unanswered. Even if something is off they will take the time to check it out and make recommendations. Their prices are more than fair. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

Amazing service! Everything done correctly. Inspected my truck for any issues and gave me a reasonable time frame on when any parts with issues needed replacement. Did not try to up-sell me on anything. Courteous staff. Would recommend to anyone.
