Highly recommend Carlos and Daniel. Especially Daniel he specializes in Mercedes Benz. That is the reason why Canadian Tire told me to go through Carlos.

Overall, a very positive experience having my car fixed here. The owner, Carlos, went to great lengths to diagnose my vehicle, liaising with Land Rover to find the exact cause of a persistent problem. Updates were timely, and he helped me prepare the items necessary for a warranty claim.

More than this though, it was a privilege to be invited into the upper office to see all the certifications on the wall. When I asked him about them, he explained that this is what he needed as an Ecuadorian in the 90s — to prove what he could do, because people needed some visual proof that they could trust. If you ever come across, the wall is worth seeing on its own. It reminds you how hard the immigrant to Canada has had to work to be understood, to be seen as an expert, or to prove — to eyes that might not give a second chance — where the expertise lies.

It was also nice to see, just at the far end of the wall, almost like an afterthought, but maybe something of personal pride to Carlos and his team themselves: long before Google reviews were the mainstay for how people considered the standing of a place, people here took the time to write letters of thanks. Really great to see the hard work in the certification in a way pay off in these letters.

If you get your car fixed here — which I would recommend — do take a moment to pop up or ask to see the upper room. In a time where everyone seems to consider themselves worthy of sharing knowledge after reading a book or watching a YouTube video, it just reminds you how much work goes into becoming a genuine expert.

Oakville Import Auto (Carlos and Danny) did a fantastic job repairing our Mercedes-Benz. It needed a massive amount of major work, including a new power steering pump, front-end repairs, transmission service, complete fluid flushes, and new pulleys. They even took the extra step to lubricate the steering system.We are completely satisfied with the entire experience.

They are great to deal with and provided constant updates and clear communication throughout the process. Their pricing was incredibly fair and reasonable, especially for the high quality of work they delivered. We will definitely be back!

I've only just dropped of my car at this service centre, so far I've met the owner and son who have been very attentive to my concerns. I'll update this post once I hear what the issues are with my front headlight and the cost of repair.
