Burning Rubber Tire and Speed (Boost Theory)

I installed my upgraded intercooler this weekend, only to find i have no o-rings on either end of my charge pipe.. They installed my throttle body charge pipe 3 years ago, charged me over $600 for the job, and I took apart the pipe to inspect why Ive been having constant boost leaks. No o-rings! Thanks guys. Overpriced and incompetent.
