Update: I had my service done here and the cabin filter was installed upside down :|
I think that’s a pretty basic thing to get right, especially when there’s a clear arrow on the filter indicating the correct direction, I ended up re-installing it correctly myself.
Also since the service, my turbo engine also hasn’t felt as smooth. I thought I should give it time but it’s been 3 months & it still doesn’t feel right. Now I’m left wondering if I actually received the high quality full-synthetic oil change I paid for…which, I will confirm after my next service with my dealership and update this review accordingly as I understand the cabin filter could have just been a careless mistake on its own.
