Knowledgeable staff who immediately understood what I needed, located the part instantly, it was ordered and arrived exactly on time, no problem, simply excellent. Definitely at the top of my supplier list.
Had a horrible experience here. Ordered paint from the shelburne store at 11am for a customers project. Was told it would be brought up for 2pm by the Orangeville store. Showed up at 2 to get it and Orangeville never even picked it and had no more drivers coming up to the area. I had to drive a hour to go get it and when I arrived and told them the situation they didn’t care at all and didn’t even offer me an apology. Horrible customer service all they care about is making their money. Hire some folks that aren’t incompetent please.
