I’ve been coming to this shop for a couple of years and I have always had a great experience. My car was making a loud grumbling sound and John took the time to come out, go for a drive with me, and immediately knew what was causing it.
Even though they were busy, he fixed the issue right away and didn’t charge me anything. I really appreciate the transparency, and quick help.
You won’t get ripped off here. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future when my car inevitably starts to fall apart. Highly recommend!

Took my truck to John After being misdiagnosed and quoted upwards of $1000 at the dealership, John took his time to come show me all the possibilities of what the issue could be and within 15 minutes knew exactly what the issue was. Ordered me a new key for my truck and walked out with a 100 dollar fee couldn’t be happier with the service and staff very knowledgable and trustworthy would highly recommend !!!!!

There's a reason this shop has 5 star reviews! Absolutely amazing customer service. Johnny went out of his way to call me after hours and explain my AC issue and also suggest a few options. Not once did he belittle or try to upsell me. He was understanding and respectful. Not only that but they took my car in the same day without an appointment and fixed the issue the same day! Incredible customer service and I'm back to a car with freezing cold AC. Huge thanks to Johnny and the team at advanced auto! Happy to have a mechanic in town that I can trust.
