I've been bringing my 2013 VW Touareg to Total Mechanical for a long time and have always been pleased with the quality of the work that has been completed on my car. I find Sean and his team to be knowledgeable, approachable and they put customer satisfaction and service ahead of profit. That's why I'll be happy to come back time and again whenever my car needs attention.

Had my BMW 2004 325ci cooling system repaired the other day. People great, pricing good, as time line goes good, would I use again, maybe. Had three little issues though...
Had to go purchase coolant, to bleed the cooling system last night at work radiator dry. Guess it was forgotten, missing the high and low coolant tag that mounts to the reservoir tank wasn't put back on, and three, torx screw for mounting shroud (passanger side) missing. Didn't bother me, it works so far and I didn't have to do it🙂.

I’ve been coming here for years, will continue for simple everyday things. Very flexible, easy to book in person. My only negative is the online booking. Great for during the week, but if you see an open spot on Sat, you need to book it more than 24 hrs before the appt, it doesn’t tell you that. I booked a Sat appt at 6 pm Friday, got all the confirmation and “thx for letting us service you” e-mails but no one there for the appt and obviously no service. Word to the wise.Book ahead, you won’t be disappointed.
