Terrible set of shops, I dont know why they are asking me for a review after my experience but here ya go. 4 months of hassle and still dealing with it after they missed repairs from the police report. If you end up having to go here, you might want to double look at the work done as they send your vehicle to random shops in town, even when using them as a preferred shop with TD insurance.

The first photo shows the day after the accident, the next 2 photos show when I went to pickup my vehcile after being told it was fixed and ready. Missed fender damage from police report, used improper hardware for bumper and its still misaligned, oh and it was sent to some shop called motorworld to have the bumper replaced that's not associated with Simplicity so they just send your vehicle where they want to be fixed without authorization.
Also in the 2nd and 3rd pics you can see the rust froming from the seam when the bunper was replaced and not in the police photos, yet simplicity continues to say that rust was there prior.
Joke of a place I dont know how TD insurance uses them as a preferred shop, id prefer to go elsewhere. Im at 4 months since the accident and 2 months since they said it was fixed from the 2 photos and now im being asked for reviews from them... seriously dont go here, and if you do you might want to double check the work being done
