I used to live in Orillia and frequented this store regularly. Was always great for bedding/clothes/outdoor necessities etc.
I was back home this past weekend, visiting from where I live now (3 hours away) and was so excited to see these popcorn makers! I was extremely disappointed when I got home, opened it up, and realized it was very obviously used, the plastic top was cracked in multiple spots, and someone had tried to glue a crack back together!! I know some of this inventory is returned items from Costco, but at least make sure what you are selling is in working condition before it’s put on the shelf and sealed for someone to buy!! $35 wasted.

False advertisement. I bought a pack of highlighters. I specifically grabbed the pack that was the highest price that was supposed to have all 30 highlighters. I came home, opened it up, and there are only 19 highlighters, which is less than every other pack there that was discounted. I feel unvalued as a customer, used, and completely scammed. I will not be back.

Great store but your prices on many items are actually more expensive than Costco! Belgium chocolates exactly the same ones at Costco are $3.00 cheaper at Costco
A large roll of foil, $40.99 at your store $32.99 at Costco.
So, I don’t know who is doing your pricing but they better figure it out

very disappointed, I've been stopping in here for yrs, usually find something to buy, we stopped in Friday July 3rd/2026 looks like they have new owners now, walking around it is pretty messy and unkept. BUT noticed a BIG pile of human💩💩😲 all over the floor and obviously someone rolled there cart over it as well. tried to tell the oriental guys up front but they both just walked away from us, as we passed by the counter not buying a thing I just said good luck to them and excited the establishment. won't be back for a while 😡
