Friendly service and staff

Very incompetent. Went in to get breaks and rotors for 2015 Ford Escape.2.0l engine 4wd eco boost.
They told me that they could not get the part, because I needed the dimensions and I would have to phone to find out what they are so I phoned Thor Ford motor The part centered there said, oh, we don't give out the dimensions. we give out part numbers so I got the part number. Still incompetent at part source, they could not get me brakes and rotors. Because they didn't know if it was 300 or 320. Dimensions. A 5 minute Google for myself, I found out is 320. But it was just easier for them to pass the buck off to somebody else very unprofessional, very incompetent, and I feel that if you're gonna work behind a parts store, that's you should know what parts are needed. Also too I want to remind you I'm a female and I found that the information in 5 minutes so they couldn't take 5 minutes to Google with all the information. I had presented them pretty sad. Also to, they inform me that, oh no, they always get at the dimensions. I must say the man at the parts at Thor ford motor. was more professional than these jokers also, too. It's funny that last weekend, a friend of mine went in only with a newer year of a Ford Escape and had no problems getting rotors and breaks, go figure.

Great store very helpful and friendly

All the staff have great customer service and are very knowledgeable! I was looking for e-brake parts and Al was very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure all the parts I got were correct.
