I have been dealing with B&B for at least 20 years as they provide the most exceptional service!!!! I love dealing with Chad in the office as he is so professional and friendly and Is beyond accommodating!!

I recently had a new furnace installed by Mel and Aaron - Unbelievable!!! It was a cool Friday night and they started at 10 AM and finished the job at 8 PM as they did not want to leave us without any heat!! They were hard-working, professional, and super friendly! Everything was left clean and organized. We are grateful !

Everyone at this office cares about the customers and I highly recommend them for any plumbing, AC , heating etc services! They go above and beyond!

Excellent service. They were able to come quickly and had the new hot water tank hooked up that day before lunch! I certainly recommend them! So helpful and nice! Aaron and Adam H. were the best!

Our furnace was down, and it was -20 degrees outside. Parts were only available out of town...and could not be delivered for 3 days. Our Tech drove down to Barrie himself and got the parts, came back and finished the repair. Very solid customer service. I will definitely call them again!

Josh, Chad, Adam, and their co-workers are quick to respond, knowledgable, thorough in their reviews, and considerate. Over the years, they have built and reaffirmed our trust in their skills and their commitment to safety.

I don't usually give out 5 stars but these guys are the best in Orillia! I've only ever needed them once but my parents who are snrs have required the services allot being an older home. We have so many scam companies in Simcoe county sadly, but I always know they are looked after and dealt with fairly by these guys which is hard to find now adays. My dad calls me to let him know Adam has serviced his boiler and he's safe for another year, he called me today to tell me Josh came about installing a pony panel in the house after a generlink system wouldn't work. "Josh and the team are installing it next week I trust them more than anyone else". His words...

So thanks Chad Josh and Adam for looking after John.
