If I were to use one word to describe Action car and Truck orillia and specifically Eric the manager, it would be "Honesty". Eric is great to deal with, very patient. Prices are fair. They back there work. Time line for work is quite accurate. I would strongly recommend this shop for any car and truck upgrades.

Have been trying to get a quote for 3 weeks for a simple job if installing a hitch and wiring harness. Email response was not what I asked for as it was excluding a rough labor estimate or hourly shop rate so I could compare. I repeated what I was looking for. Been 8 days and have not had a reply.. I guess they don't need my business? That's OK I will take it elsewhere.
