CARSTAR Orillia

My vehicle was involved in a collision and required repairs. After speaking with my insurance company they told me to tow the vehicle to Carstar. I then, contacted a tow company to come and get my vehicle and informed them to bring it to Carstar for convenience due to being close to my residence.

The tow company informed me after they contacted Carstar to confirm my vehicle would be brought there they would only take it if I took a long term rental vehicle from them. So I guess my insurance paying for my repairs was not enough profit margin for them? Not impressed at all, so no direct communication with them so I cant comment directly, but the fact they refused my vehicle for repairs because I am not renting a long term vehicle from them to me is a very poor experience.

I was referred here by my insurance company. Right from the start they were very friendly and offered great service. They communicated clearly timelines and possible delays. They even offered to take me to pick up my rental car when I dropped mine off for repair and I was able to leave the rental at CARSTAR when mine was ready. I am very happy with how great my car looks inside and out.

Nice friendly staff ,good workmanship . I just kept car to fix small technical issue. But it surprise me when they drop my car at work which has been cleaned from inside nicely . It was awesome work done thanks for doing so.

To top it off, Kyle did an absolutely incredible detailing job on my vehicle before handing it back; it looks brand new!
