This was my insurance companies preferred recommendation. I agreed to send the truck here to be repaired upon dropping my truck off. I was greeted with a very aggressive owner, who stated to me if I have more experience than him then take my truck somewhere else and this is how he talks to customers who know more than him.

After my truck being there and the repair is completed, I arrived to pick up my truck with parts in adequately being fixed. Some of the parts are even hanging out of the brackets. Some of them are used did not replace new which were previously damaged in the accident, service lights are on the dash there is a chip out of the fender which claims to be repaired in the Bill.

Then we get to the radiator where we find the reservoir is completely bone dry empty with a missing dipstick. This is what you call 30 years experience and I know what I’m doing. I was told from the owner himself. I can quite frankly tell you this is not 30 years experience in the industry, this is an absolute appal of a job. The staff at the front desk had no words to say one lady attempted to help me with saying no one is here who can help you. You can just leave the truck with us for several more days as the one to her right, proceeded to laugh because I guess my truck being broken after them billing the insurance company 10 K is OK

I would not recommend the shop to anybody. Customer service gets a zero. The owner gets a zero for being ignorant and completely rude. Does not know how to deal with customers or talk to them. Instead of dealing with the situation and answering a customers questions you get told to take your vehicle elsewhere if you know more than him

I would recommend you all to save a headache take your truck or your car to another CSN Even more I heard you all to make sure you go over every inch of your vehicle and the repair bill they give you make sure all of the repair repairs have been completed with new and not used parts and make sure they’re all working. Do not just jump in your vehicle and go. This is the type of shop that will blame you once you pull out of the parking lot. Take lots of pictures.
