Harper's Collision

Best service at a fair price, how about no service not even a courtsey reply, after visiting him and following up when he asked, no reply, called his shop talked to the lady who answered the phone went over the whole conversation with her, I assumed she passed my message along, again no reply, sent an e mail out lining our in person visit again no reply. From my point of view Glen Harpers mission statement and his lack of customer care is just rude.

Have used Harper Collision , over the years for several different vehicles. Excellent service and craftsmanship. Highly recommend!

Very bad experience. Was told 3-4 weeks but actually took 7 weeks. When I got my car back, the rotors are all rusted due to bad storage for 7 weeks. Took the car to Kia dealership, they change the rotors. Since Harper's Collision closed my claim as complete, I had to pay $1775 for the additional work. They said the problem was not there when they tested the car before returning to me. Brand new Kia Sorento 2025, purchase in July 2025, 9300Km...but somehow has 4 rusted out rotors.
