Sunshine Superwash, Self-Serve Pet Wash & Express Detailing

I don’t rate often however these guys deserve a good review. I paid for the $50 cleanup/detail and it was well worth it. My car hasn’t looked that good in 5 yrs. Boys weren’t interested in small talk just got down to business which suits me just fine. Workmanship was excellent. The piano black surfaces are tough to clean and it looked brand new. Don’t hesitate to spend the $50, you won’t regret it.

The automatic car wash is one of the better ones I have been to, with 2 of each brush spinning in opposite directions. It does a decent job but doesn't get into all nooks and crannies. I also don't think the brushes are calibrated properly as a couple of them barely make contact with the vehicle (only the tips of the brushes touch).

My real problem with this place is that it seems to be constantly under repair. I have the unlimited pass and go there very often, and I'd say between 10-20% of the time it's closed for repairs. This has rarely, if ever, happened at other car washes. Often it's during the morning hours and they don't want to give you credit to use the self serve wash.

The last time I was there, the worker told me to call before I go to make sure they're open. I just don't know why its down so often and why these issues aren't identified in the evening instead of when they're supposed to open. It's also a bit off the highway so I'm adding 15 mins to my commute for nothing.

Overall good value for $ on the monthly passes, but extremely frustrating and disappointing when you show up and it's closed.

$7 to start do it yourself car wash here. So you figure ok I can stop it and it will only charge a min amount maybe $5. No $7 MIN. Was charged $14 total to wash with soap stop it after 4 mins and the rinse and stop it after 5 mins. Charges me $14 !!! Dollars. For water. This is a prime example or pure greed and what is wrong in the world today. Last and only time

Was referred by my best friend and she always gets the Express package and I ha e seen her car afterwards.. always looks good. Today I spend over $60 on the express package and I am VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED with the rush job they did. I have attached pictures. All the Manager had to say to me was "it looks better then it did when your car came in". Now that is sheer Bull Crap, even my 12 and 9 year old Grand children wondered what I paid for. I will Never go to them again, so so sad that it was rushed and they did not care one bit that I was disappointed. I am not an idiot I did not expect a fully detailed vehicle, but I expected my vehicle to at least be completely vacuumed properly.
