Came in for a safety inspection, and honestly had a really smooth experience. The staff explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Straightforward service. Got everything done quickly and properly. Definitely coming back.

I cannot recommend Joe Trombly highly enough. I had such a great experience that I sent my husband to him as well, and he had the same positive experience.
Joe is one of the kindest and most honest people you could hope to deal with. From the moment you speak with him, it is clear that he truly cares about his customers and wants to help.
What I appreciated most was how respectful he is of your time. He works efficiently, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about getting you back on the road as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.

If I could give negative stars id give him a -10, 2 bad experiences with these guys, brought my truck in to get fixed, he figured out what the issue was and gave a me a quote of $550 to fix it i said okay np go ahead and fix it.... gives me a call at the end of tje days and says your truck is ready to go then says "but this one might hurt a bit, it will be $1100 plus tax...." obviously i wasn't happy about it but I was like whatever I paid my bill and went on with my day, I just brought my truck back to him again thinking it was just a one off and they have good reviews ill give them another try, I drop my truck off and told him the engine codes it was throwing and said it sounds like its a solenoid or a ground issue maybe?? said to see what they come up with and give me a call back and we can go from there, they never call me all i day, I called them an hour before shop closes and asked what the verdict is, he went on to say he forgot to call me and that he put the scanner on it and said it sounded like it may be a ground issue, but never even thought to call me and let me know so he could work on it, so he essentially told me what I already knew and didnt even think to fix it and tells me to my face that I sounded like I knew what I was doing when I came in and that I could fix it.... all with an arrogant attitude.... just a massive waste of my time, I would not recommend using this shop unless you like being way overcharged and having your time wasted, not once but twice with these guys, HORRIBLE service
