Extremely disappointing experience.
I brought my car in because it wasn’t giving power, and from the start, I felt dismissed he told me it was “just in sport mode”. The mechanic told me nothing was wrong and to “just keep driving it till it makes a noise of some sort.” The issue got worse, it started making a noise, so I brought it back. Instead of properly diagnosing the problem, he revved my engine so hard it made the problem worse, possibly even caused more damage.

When I asked what I should do next, he completely blew me off—no explanation, no help, no accountability. The lack of respect, professionalism, and basic decency was shocking.

I do not recommend this place, especially if you’re a woman looking for honest, respectful service.
