Jason is one of a kind. Honest, caring and an absolute brilliant mechanic. I'm very happy he has decided to take over such a great business. Him and his team are the best out there.
Highly recommend this shop over any other one in Orillia or surrounding area. Excellent customer service, vehicular knowledge, and diagnostic/repair efficiency. Real-time text updates with ongoing repairs will keep you aware of what’s happening while your vehicle is being worked on. Customer service with Jason and all other staff members genuinely helps make an obnoxious necessity (no one likes needing vehicle repairs) significantly better with their fast and friendly service. Compared to other mechanic shops, I know I have saved well over $1000 on parts and labor alone as this local business truly does not upsell you like most of the other places are famous for. Try it and see what the rest of us have found to be true.
