I pulled in there today at noon and waited for 5 minutes, there was nobody in the office or the work area so I inched into the open bay by about a foot when an unkempt guy came in from the opposit side. It was obvious that they were outside sunning themselves or doing whatever (I detected a sweet burning odour).
Anyway, this guy begins directing me into the Bay and starts to berate me for having started to pull into the Bay before he was ready. I wasn't prepared to put up with his nonsense so I backed out and went to Penzoil; they were happy, greeted me respectfully and thanked me for dropping $250 at their Shop.
I'll NEVER go to Master Lube again and caution others to avoid this run down joint.
