Terrible- I had my shocks replaced last summer by this shop and I started hearing a noise this summer and they already need to be replaced. I paid a lot of money, thinking I was going to get some use out of these brand new shocks. Clearly this shop likes to use low end parts, and deceive customers who are not mechanically savvy. I have never in my life had an issues within one year of replacing a part, it needing to be replaced again. Go somewhere you can trust the mechanics, even if it cost a little more. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Or you pay twice.
John and Scott are what anyone would want in a mechanic. Honest, understanding and accommodating. I have experienced nothing but great service for years!
