Chris and his team were excellent. Made sure everything was perfect and performed the maintenance with expertise.

I brought my Honda Ridgeline here with an intermittent shift problem and the owner took it for a long test drive, where of course the transmission shifted as normal. He did not charge me for that test and asked me to come back when the codes came on. Based on the fact he did not charge me ensures that I will bring it back when it faults again

I was stranded on hwy 11 after my mechanic “fixed” my car that very day. I merged into the hwy and it went up in smoke. Terrifying. Called Ken Hempinstall for a tow, he was the only guy on a Friday afternoon who’d help me. He suggested I have it taken to Mister Transmission, another company who was the only one willing to help me. I was stressed and shaken by the whole situation. They took my car in, had it fixed by Monday, AND helped me get my car back to me. I didn’t have to do anything. It was completely stress-free. They really do care and that means a lot these days. Thank you guys so much for helping me!! I appreciate you!

Highly recommend this shop. I had a transmission put in at another location. I felt there was a symptom of a faulty transmission. Thankfully, I had a nationwide warranty. Chris diagnosed it with no trouble and found it was something else. Great franchise. Great location. Thanks again. You guys rock.
