They were honest and did great work.
Had my car towed here overnight, they were great to communicate and didn’t oversell. Was able to fix my car up in 2 days without notice. Great work!
We had car problems during our 4 hour car trip and we're stuck in orillia trying to find an auto shop. Memorial auto services were able to fit us in right away and get us back on the road! Great costumer service and will definitely be coming back!!
They made an appointment for me at 4:30pm on a Friday (they close as 5pm) to learn my tire pressure sensor to my car. They gave me excellent service from reception to the brief interaction I had with one of the techs. Best of all, they didn’t even charge me. 5 out of 5 stars. I will be a returning customer. Thank you Memorial Automotive.
Employees were all very nice but I dealt with alot of problems with them and high price. 300$ for mounting 4 basic loose truck tires on brand new 16" rims plus a flat repair. In the cost was a tpms sensor for the flat repair that did not fix the leak nor was needed on the vehicle. In those costs was a 50$ sensor I did not need and 3 hours shop rate which why? That's 45-60 minutes tops. I have done consumer, commercial, and industrial tires in the artic and yet none of mine ever took that long. They mounted my original set without the sensors I provided which they might of thrown out. They replaced at no charge. The flat repair they did they blamed on the sensor which I told them it was the plug and they ended up rerepairing the plug for free but I still paid for the sensor. I told them the vehicle which was a 2016 mazda which does not use tpms sensors yet I paid for it (a common mistake I might add). My original appointment they couldn't even take me in due to their shop size which led to the purchase of new rims. In the end, even though I like the people, I ended up way overpaying for a simple job that spanned over two months and I thought maybe they would reconsider their overcharge at the end but left it. I'm still very annoyed by it all and I think they aren't bad, but the experience wasn't great yet costed more than a dealer it felt. They have been great to my stepdad in the past for exhaust work which is why I considered them but maybe tires aren't their specialty. It won't let me but I feel like 3.5 put of 5 is fair. Haven't tried other flat repair tire yet my fiance has been driving on half her winters now until I can mount for her. I feel like if I went with a better tire shop I wouldn't have worn two sets of my brand new Nokians into may.
