Asked to check propane system they ended up tell that my rear climate control does not work.... who the heck told you check my rear climate controls thats the last thing I am worried about. I was paying you to check propane only and you couldnt even place 2 zip ties to hold some of the lines. Charged 2 hours $250 to tell me oh this oh that not a single issue with the propane was looked after. Money grab shop. Like most in oshawa. Not happy better you drive out west and deal with your propane issues. God know how they do with regular work .
I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had. I paid $230 for a diagnostic and was told I needed a new fuel pump with a repair quote close to $3,000 only to take my car elsewhere for a second opinion and find out the issue was simply that the car was out of gas.
Not only was the diagnosis completely inaccurate, but the attitude I received from the front desk throughout the process made the situation even worse. I left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and taken advantage of. I trusted your shop to give me honest and professional advice, and instead I wasted time, money, and unnecessary stress over something so basic that should have been properly checked before recommending thousands of dollars in repairs & charging me $230.
Very practical online booking system, I was able to easily get an appointment that worked for me and bring my car in the day before. Super friendly mechanics who kept me updated on my repair throughout the process and didn’t try to upsell. Fair prices and even sent a follow up text a few days later to make sure I was satisfied. Very impressed with this garage.
